Friends, family, and the community are invited into the CCDT studios on Sunday September 11 for our Open House Day! Children and teens can join drop-in classes throughout the day, shop special discounts at our 509 Dancewear store, and stop by to observe an exciting Company rehearsal. See the full schedule below.
CCDT Open House Day
11:00am—11:30am | Creative Movement, Ages 3-6
11:30am—12:00pm | Primary Ballet, Ages 5-8
12:30pm—2:00pm | Company Masterclass, Ages 13-19**
2:15pm—3:15pm | Company Open Rehearsal
3:30pm—4:00pm | Junior Jazz, Ages 6-10
4:00pm—4:30pm | Junior Hip Hop, Ages 6-10
**Pre-registration recommended
All classes are FREE and require no pre-registration, except where indicated. Observers are welcome in all classes throughout the day.
No formal dress code is required, but we recommend dancers wear comfortable clothing they can move around in. Bare feet or appropriate dance shoes can be worn.

CCDT is also excited to be recognizing the impact of an Ontario Trillium Foundation Community Building Fund grant this weekend. Join us and Toronto-Centre MPP Kristyn Wong-Tam in giving celebratory remarks in the studio during our Open House Day at 12:15pm.
*Please note that the the streets will be closed from 508 Parliament Street, down to Carlton St North, as well as Carlton St from Parliament St to Exchange Lane as part of the Cabbagetown BIA Parkscape Promenade. Please plan your commute accordingly. More information about the street closure can be found on the BIA website here.
