Ignite Movement Lab is a one-week contemporary dance program focused on self-discovery and creative process, designed for aspiring and emerging dance artists. 

 

Through classes, research labs, life-coaching, homework/self-directed creative projects, and 1-on-1 sessions, Ignite Movement Lab will challenge you to clarify your values, break out of your habits, accept your failures, celebrate togetherness and create a vision for your artistic future.

Now in its tenth year, Ignite Movement Lab is a collaboration between Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre and TOES FOR DANCE.​
